After a two-year COVID hiatus, March Madness returned to Bridgeport Central High School with the basketball matchup between the Bridgeport Police hoop squad vs. the Central All-Stars. A fun time was had by all, as the police defeated Central 57 – 51. The series now stands at one game each. Central won the initial game in 2019. The Field of Dreams Foundation was delighted to sponsor the event. Admission to the game was a food donation, all of which went to a local Bridgeport food bank.
